As a company we at Fire Risk Services can answer all the questions you may
have on this subject and will be happy to take the burden of
responsibility for Fire Safety in your premises/company. We want to help
you run your business as smoothly as possible specialising in a bespoke
service for your individual needs.
Worried about the cost? Don’t be - our prices start from just £200 for a
site survey (dependent on size and type of business) but a quotation is
free and can normally be given over the phone once you have answered a few
simple questions. We have listed below some guide prices to give you some
idea of costs
- 2 Hours on site surveying the property & full written report follow up
visit and support.
- 3 Hours on site surveying the property & full written report, follow up
visit and support
- 4 Hours on site surveying the property & full written report, follow up
visit and support
Prices can be discussed and will be dependent on the size and type of
business or licensed premises. We are happy to negotiate discounts for
multiple properties.
- Option 1 - online self assessment form leading to your own Fire Risk
Assessment form. £75
- Option 2 - online self assessment form leading to your own Fire Risk
Assessment Form complete with telephone support from a qualified assessor.
£150
If you have the necessary knowledge and consider yourself a competent
person* in line with the legislation you can complete the online
assessment form for a cost of £75. If at any point you require additional
telephone support to complete your online survey this can be given by
upgrading to our option 2 online form and telephone support from a qualified
assessor for a further £75.
*What is a competent person under the Order? The term 'competent person' is contained within three articles of the
Order. These deal with fire fighting and fire detection; procedures for
serious and imminent danger and for danger areas; and safety assistance. In each case the term is explained as referring to a person who '… has
sufficient training and experience or knowledge and other qualities …' to
implement the requirements of the article.
